Dashboard Performance Issues – Device Data Loading Delays

We’ve observed that over the past few days, the Meraki Dashboard has been experiencing occasional delays when loading device data.

At times, the dashboard fails to load device details altogether or throws an error during loading.

Is this a known issue currently being investigated? Any updates or recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi @ershubhsingh373

Would you say, you've noticed this occurring on a specific device type (e.g. MX,MS) or on specific tabs on a device, such as Device Health or Location?

Also worth checking if accessing the dashboard from a different LAN yields the same results
