My MV32 Camera is unable to view the object clearly. due to the dirty of the lens cover.
Does the cover move from the device so that i can able to clean the it or not?

Hi @Dennis91 , the MV32 cover isn't removable. Please ensure you have removed the plastic protective shipping dome.
If there's dirt within the lens, could you send a photo of the unit and how it's deployed?

All three of my MV32 cameras had tiny dead spiders and webs between the plastic dome cover and the actual internal camera lens. Since I could not find any disassembly information anywhere on the Internet including YouTube, I thought I would respond here with some quick instructions:
1. Remove the white cable pass-through plug/cap on the outside bottom rim of the white camera housing.
2. Under the plug/cap, there is a tiny hole where a tiny screwdriver bit will fit.
3. Using a tiny T6 Torx bit from any cell phone repair kit, slide the bit into the hole and unscrew the T6 set screw which secures the outside camera bezel.
4. Once the screw is loosened, hold the bottom of the camera firmly in one hand, while you press down and turn counter-clockwise on the top bezel of the camera, like opening a plastic medicine bottle. The bezel will move slightly to the left about half an inch or so. Then you will be able to tip the camera forward and have the top bezel fall out of the camera housing revealing the inside of the unit.
(Note: Be careful while removing the top cover as there is a tiny cable connecting the bezel cover with the main camera chassis. There is no need to remove or disconnect this cable in order to clean the camera. Leave it alone.)
4. Use compressed air and an eyeglass cleaning cloth to clean the inside of the plastic dome that covers the camera lens. You may also gently clean the camera lens itself to remove any dust, webs, or debris. Don't use paper towel or tissues to clean the dome since these will cause scratches.
5. Once the camera is clean, line up and push the bezel back in place, then push down firmly and turn clockwise to lock it into position. Be careful not to pinch the tiny cable between the bezel and the camera housing.
6. Carefully tighten the T6 Torx screw and push the white housing cable pass-through plug/cap back in place. Be careful not to over-tighten the screw to avoiding stripping the threads. Tighten so that it is barely snug to hold the bezel securely in place.
I hope this is helpful to anyone needing to clean the inside of their Meraki MV32 Mini 360 Dome Camera.
