Re: MX Live data and port loading only

I'm currently having an issue with the live data and port of my MX450. I can only see the loading icon on them since yesterday. We asked TAC and told us to upgrade our firmware.

Our current firmware is MX 18.107.2.

But is there any other way to fix this?

I suggest you trying what the Meraki support suggested.

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

We already try upgrading one of our network but its still the same.

We upgraded one of our network and call TAC. They said its related to a known issue on our their end.
