Dear team,
Previously, we have 6 devices. Currently, we received new MV72 Camera for replacement the old MV72 which broken. We have added the new MV72 to the existing network. Yet, we received notification email mentioned that "Our records show that your organization is over the device limit for your Meraki Cloud license."
How do we claim license from broken one to new device? Is there any transfer license among devices?
Thanks,
Phearin

It seems that after you have the added the new MV72 camera to the Meraki Dashboard, you did NOT remove the old MV72 camera, which made you exceed your device limit on the Dashboard. Go ahead and remove the old MV72 serial #/device from the Dashboard Organization and it will bring you back into compliance. Here is how you will do it: https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Inventory_and_Devices/Adding_and_Removing_Devices_from_Dashboard_Networks
Keep in mind that MV license is not tied to a specific MV serial #. You just need to have the 1:1 ratio of MV cameras to licenses.
Hope this helps!
