I’m experiencing an issue with PI Job Dashboard > Infrastructure > Controller Configuration Backup.
The backup job is failing only for the WLC, while backups for other network devices are working normally.
I already checked the following:
Verified WLC credentials in PI → No issues found
Ping test between WLC and PI → Successful
However, the configuration backup for the WLC still fails.
The main problem is that there are no detailed error logs that fail reason is failed for all device, so it is difficult to troubleshoot and identify the root cause.
Has anyone experienced the same issue or a similar case with WLC backup jobs in PI?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
