Reclaim Device

Hi,

I want to know is possible to claim device without remove it from the previous owner inventory?

Because I still can't find out who use this device before and still waiting Meraki Support to reply my email.

I am afraid that shall not be possible.

We need to remove and unclaim the device from existing owner.
