Basically you'd look to use the API to PUT them back again... The scripts that are out there, to enable the process of extracting the setup usually have accompanying script(s) to upload them, if needed.

Not sure if you found some workaround but we at Selent developed the first manual and automated backup and restore with semantic search capabilities based on AI to understand what changed and when etc etc. Free versions to try if you still want to check it happy to help here everyone on this topic
