Dear Community
We made a purchase recently of Meraki switches 4 qty for our client MS120-24-HW and licenses LIC-MS120-24P-3YR
unfortunately, the Licenses part number were wrong as they cannot support the Hardware
the correct part number should be LIC-MS120-24-3YR
However, the client has already claimed the licenses in the dashboard
Is it possible to change the licenses and accord the right licenses without asking the client to make a new purchase?
