CWS Filtering / Reporting & Terminal Services

Hi, I'm using CWS for web filtering & have user sessions running on thin clients within a terminal server environment.  The problem is there doesn't seem to be any distinction within the CWS portal for users accessing the web from thin clients .  CWS sees all users as coming from the single IP address allocated to the terminal server.  The issue with this being there is no method of blocking access to a site for a single terminal services user or reporting on a single users activity.  Is anyone aware of any way around this issue with CWS and terminal services environments?

Hi Ian,

Unfortunately by design, AnyConnect obtains user and group information from the local gpresult on the PC and is only able to obtain the user and group information from the last physical login. It is not able to obtain user/group information from remote sessions.
