I haved enabled remote access on WSA, but I don't know how to remote access on my PC . Who can tell me ? Step by step! Thanks!

Remote access option in the appliance is only to be used for troubleshooting purposes for Cisco TAC engineer to get in to the appliance service level(engines, etc) and this is not a customer facing access.
This access is a secure access to Cisco tunnel server therefore only Cisco TAC will have the access.
The only access for customer facing access is via GUI or CLI/SSH access.

Please note that the tunnel session opens from your end of the connection, which ensures that the only people who can make use of the tunnel is Cisco Support.
