Secure Connect or Secure Access using ZTNA with Trusted Network

Hi Expert,
I found that we will be able to disable ZTNA in a Trusted Network (On-Network) environment in a future release.
What kind of situations require such a feature?
Personally, I think ZTNA is based on the principle of trusting no one, both within and outside my organization. Therefore, we should not have to turn off ZTNA anywhere. What use cases are there?

You have a "standard" network in an office behind firewalls/etc... and Secure Access has tunnels to that network... and maybe that network has tunnels to your cloud infrastructure... so you're going to connect OUT, through the firewall to Secure Access and have it tunnel you back to your server that was on your internal network, maybe just a router hop or two away? Or to your cloud presence? No, you wouldn't do that.
