Umbrella roaming client Unprotected

Hello everyone.

I have a big problem about umbrella roaming client.

Customer using umbrella roaming client only, but some users (random) are unprotected.

As I know, unprotected mode is visit the block sites.

So, how can I solve this problem.

Please help me.

I wonder if the RC is performing DNS against Umbrella DNS servers.
