can't find Cisco practice exams purchased

Hi ,
I was booking a DevNet Associate exam and purchased a practice exam as the same time.

Oddly enough, I don't seem to find the practice exam , I have checked all the portals (cisco, pearsonvue).

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Thanks for the time you took to answer me.
I actually purchased a bundle while booking for the DEVASC exam on the Pearson Vue portal which included the exam voucher and a practice test.

I only received details on the test but nothing on how to access the practice test.
I was confused whether it was an issue with Cisco or Pearson Vue, so I ended up opening tickets on both sides; Hoping to get a feedback asap.
