Error response sending DTMF value request for IVR call on Cisco Finesse

Hello Everyone,

 

We have an integration between Oracle Service Cloud and Cisco Finesse, currently we are getting an error response when we send DTMF request with a value for an IVR call. 

 

Request we send to finesse(Extension: 1020025) for the IVR call:

   <requestedAction>SEND_DTMF</requestedAction>

   <targetMediaAddress>1020025</targetMediaAddress>

   <actionParams>

      <ActionParam>

         <name>dtmfString</name>

         <value>1</value>

      </ActionParam>

   </actionParams>

</Dialog>

 

Below are the details we send in the request:

  1. Requested Action - “ SEND_DTMP”
  2. Target Media Address - 1020025 (Extension Number)
  3. Under Action Param we send the value we send it as IVR i.e. 1

 

Error Response from Finesse:

 

Error Message: INVALID_ACTION SEND_DTMF on extension 1020025

Error Data: 4047

Error Type: Generic Error
