Hi, I am working on a script where the customer no longer wants to offer a particular menu option. After the change, if the callers select #6, I want and announcement to play 3 times with an option to 0 out to operators. I am wondering whether this can be done on the main script, or if it should be done elsewhere. Here is a snip of the script in question. I am very much a newbie in UCCX scripting
