The W3 offers awards for excellent creativity on the web. As always the competition among several websites was fierce this year among reputable and very well known company websites.
The websites were judged on creativity, usability, navigation, functionality, visual design, and ease of use.

Winning entries for The W³ Awards are selected by the International Academy of the Visual Arts. The IAVA oversees all judging and provides strategic direction for The W³ Awards judging. The IAVA is a membership-based organization of leading professionals from various disciplines of the visual arts dedicated to embracing progress and the evolving nature of traditional and interactive media.
To uphold a high standard of excellence, a category may have multiple winners, or may have no winners at all. Entries are scored on a ten point scale by the judges. Less than 10% of all entries will be selected as Gold Winners. Other outstanding entries will be Silver Winners.
