Cannot make a reply

Hello,

This is a general question on this forum.

I posted a discussion topic and receive a reply. When I am making another reply to the respondent, i cannot enter the text and the box is grayed out.

The screenshot isn't showing but it might be the browser you are using.

I was originally using IE11 but then about a week ago i was not able to to reply either as the text box was just a blue box which may be what you are describing.

They are having issues with that browser. I switched to Firefox and it works fine.

Google Chrome also works.
