My support community name uses my name on CCO account and I can't find where to set display name. On Edit Profile page the name is not editable and it gets imported from CCO account. If I change the name on CCO, my name in support community will change to the name used for CCO after about a day or two. In other communities like Cisco Learning Community I can set the display name in profile page, just not here. But I do see people with display name here in the support community, how did you guys do it?
My guess is Cisco merged different communities accounts to SSO but some legacy names are not overwritten. I tried to contact web-help@cisco.com and it was totally a waste of time....

...Finally i figured out the page I see is different from the page other people see...... I see my name on CCO in support community but others can only see the username. Right?
I changed the name on CCO again now it will take a few days for it to be sync'ed on support community. This behavior is so confusing....

Log in to the community Portal, Click on your name in the top ribbon, Select My Profile. Click on My Settings in the newly displayed page. This is just to the right of your Avatar, below your Username, Level, Member since and onlne status. This will bring up a page which currently defaults to where you need to change your username. Make the change you want and click Change Username. This is only a change to the display of your username.
