Howdy,

Can we get a "preview" button to preview replies before posting? :)

Hi Andrew,

This type of preview "sort of" exists already when replying to posts. When you first click on Post after typing your answer the next screen is really in "preview mode" and you can click on Edit and revamp any or all of your post before hitting post/next conversation :) I have to use this function all the time due to my horrendous typing skills!

Hope this helps! Give it a try,

Rob

If I'm expecting a long or complex answer (i.e., diagrams, etc), I edit in a notepad (EditPadPro, actually, a great application) then copy & paste it in.

It's rare to have a forum editor come even close to an actual editor in functionality and features ... and Cisco didn't really get famous for their awesome applications ;-) (j/k Dan)

Write it up, sign in, paste it in, verify format, close it. That's about as easy as it gets, and you don't have to worry about the forum timing out on your sign-in when you're not looking.

FWIW

Scott
