What deployment scenarios are supported by Connected Analytics for Contact Center?

Hi Donald,

Two deployment scenarios are supported: on premises, where all components are deployed at the customer site; and cloud-based, where the data ingestion component is deployed on the customer premises and the analytics engine is cloud-based. The latter option complies with all data security policies and government regulations.
