Hi,
I am working for two universities and both of them now require me to install CISCO any connect. I downloaded and installed it through the software database of one university and was sure that I can use CISCO any connect as a VPN to connect to the remote folders at another university as well. I don't recall entering any credentials while installing the programme (although it was two months ago, so I could easily forget). But I thought that it would be enough to know the folder path and then it will ask for my user details, and at that stage, I will provide information. However, I cannot connect, as the system constantly shows an error message saying that "the server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection and then try again". So I wonder whether I need to have two profiles on the CISCO any connect to access folders in two different universities. Thank you in advance!
