TLS 1.3 version Query

Hi,

One of my Customer requires to enable TLS v1.3 on their complete network. As of now they need to enable it on Cisco Stealthwatch and Cisco Prime, Im not getting proper documents regarding this. Kindly help me out for compatibility and also Steps to configure it.
