Ansible problems with SD-WAN devices

Hi,

I'm trying to get ansible running for a test setup in our lab, but I get the same issue over and over.

I only have access to Viptela hardware in our lab so I cannot verify if this issue is with ansible or with the devices.

When I start with a simple ping within Ansible I do get the issues: "failed to resolve remote temporary directory" but shortly before I see a "broken pipe error" in the debug. Has anyone encountered this problem so far? Is there something that I am missing in my setup or is there a problem with the Viptela devices?

Ansible Version: 2.9.6

Python Version 3.8.2

SD-WAN Version 20.3.1

Troubleshooting I have done:
- Tried on Cent OS and Ubuntu
- Removed the banner
- Googled the problem found some bugs from 2018 or 2016 in ansible but I am not using those versions

- Changed the login passwort and user

- incresed the "ControlPersist" to 30s and 60s

It would be great if anyone has seen this issue before and thanks for any help on this topic!

Hey there, i am not a huge ansible user, but not seen this one with sd-wan yet.

Take a look at https://developer.cisco.com/codeexchange/github/repo/CiscoDevNet/sdwan-ansible-code it has been tested on 18.3 and 19.2 in the https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Topology

Hope this helps!
