Limiting devices on Meraki dashboard

I’m using a SSID for student and would like to limit the devices to one device per user.I’m using Meraki authentication.Please assit.

Hello Jagan, i am interested in this solution, but i am not able to see that option in my dashboard. 

Do i have to apply any changes before that?.
