Uploading a map on Cisco DNA Spaces

Greetings:

I'm unable to upload a map to the Cisco DNA Spaces solution. I've tried through the option presented in

CiscoDNASpacesHome -> Menu (Upper left corner) -> Set Up -> Map Service -> Upload

I know I need to upload a Campus followed by a building and lastly a Floor, but I can't even upload the campus.

So far I've tried using these extension files: svg, eps, jpg, gif, pdf, jpeg, ai, png, cdr & dxf.

The error message I get is always "Error parsing imported prime map file." Do I need a prime map file? I don't have acces to a prime map file, I just have access to cisco DNA Spaces. If not a prime map file, what other file can I upload?

Could you provide a sample file to test functionality?
