I didn't know where to post this question
When i use Secure CRT with Cisco NCS540 and apply the settings below :
Baud Rate: 115200
Data Bits: 8
Stop Bits: 1
Parity: None
Flow control: Xon/Xoff
When I use it to access the NCS540 console while doing recovery via USB I end up having this :

Same setting when I access the console normal mode (not doing a recovery) no issue at all
While using Putty 0.74 no issue as all in recovery mode and normal mode
