Hello community:
I hope you're all well. A client wants to explore the possibility of accessing the root of the CUCM platform in order to make some modifications. As the implementer, we explained that for security reasons and to maintain support with the manufacturer Cisco, root access is reserved only for the TAC case. The client is asking me for evidence or documentation showing where this is stated. I'm searching and can't find any statement or paragraph that alludes to what the client is asking for. Could you help me with some documentation?
