Hi All,
I had created a remote support account on Cisco CUCM CLI.
"utils remote_account enable"
"utils remote_account create rootuser 30"
But after created, how can I login to linux using this account?
Thanks help because I need checked something on linux.

You can't login with this user. The purpose of this user is for Cisco support. You send the generated passphrase to support and they decode to generate a password.

Access using the root account can only be granted by Cisco TAC if there is a bug that requires root access in order to apply the workaround, or if there is troubleshooting that TAC determines would require root access.
