This is a great starting point for understanding CX Cloud's capabilities. Like @hapolina mentioned in the comments, deeper integration with Smart Accounts would be a game-changer. I also think a 'playbook' style guide, as someone else requested, would be fantastic for quickly training new team members. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to seeing how CX Cloud evolves.
