Please turn the VM off and on then try again. if the issue persists please open a case with the support team so we can give it a deeper look.
How to open a case within CXcloud portal:

Please note one of the following hypervisors is required for a new install:
Deployments on the cloud or with other hypervisors are not officially supported not warranted to work.
