Hitted error while adding the ADD NETWORK in CCP(CISCO CLOUD PORTAL)

HI All,

We hitting erro while adding ADD NETWORK in CCP(CISCO CLOUD PORTAL).

I have checked the started Process in CPO(CISCO PROCESS ORCHISTRATOR).

We observed the started Process was completed successfully and finaly we hitting ("Faut Encountered asigning service item data") Error.

Please find the attached screenshot and Traces.
