In this tab you can define or view several miscellaneous document settings such as; Archive Date, Language, Related Project Content, Etc..
1. Change the default Content life duration as required. (The default is 2 years)
2. Change to the appropriate language of the document – this field is only utilized by the search functionality. There is no system language validation.
3. By default, all PID Project Team members will be added as an Owner. An Owner is capable of editing the DCP properties for this content. You can change this to your needs.
4. Add contributors if required; adding a contributor is a notation only for auditing and searching – there are no special privileges associated with being added as a contributor. Authors of previous versions if different from the current Author are automatically added as contributor.
Note: When you select another tab or click away from the slider, the system will Auto Save. If you do not want these changes to take place you must click the icon.
5. If you have content on a current or previous project you want to associate to this project document you can associate that content here.
To associate Related Project Content you can search the Content ID, Content Title. Either Select All or simply click the check box next to the document(s) you want to associate.
After you make your selection, the document(s) will appear under the selection line.
Note: Once you associate content to a project then you can hover over Related Project Content and the system will display the related content when you click on the 
icon.
