Professional Services Delivery: New Admin Project IDs (PIDs), effective December 8, 2019
The Admin PIDs will undergo the following updates on December 8, 2019:
- There will be a single PID per Region & Centers (All current PIDs will be retired)
- An updated list of tasks and activities that will enable consistent tracking across the Regions and Centers
- Centralized ownership for creation and management of Admin PIDs
This will provide increased visibility and consistency into time spent on Admin activities.
Once the changes go live, please ensure to update your default Admin PID within your Preferences, under Time Entry Management. For all resources outside of Professional Services Delivery, no action is required.
