Queues

Under Views  (“Filtering by: “) are the options: “My Queues”, “Assigned to Me” and “Escalations”.

 

My Queues

A list of all Resource Requests associated to a Queue(s) that you are associated.  Any new request tagged to this queue will be displayed while this view is selected, whether you are assigned to the request or not. 

 

Assigned to me

Displays a list of resource requests and assignments in which you are the either the Staffing Owner, or the Working Owner.

 

Escalations

Displays a list of all escalated requests that are associated with a queue in which you belong.

Note:  You can create any number of custom views by selecting the icon shown on the right, and copying one of the preset queues.  You may then give it a name by double clicking on the temporary name, and modifying the view to suite your needs.
