The Delivery Collaboration Portal (DCP) is a portal to manage Cisco Advanced Services engagements.

It allows you as a Cisco customer or partner to collaborate with Cisco employees on your engagements that fit the 'Advanced Services' definition. Examples are Optimize subscription type of engagements, Transaction SOW based engagements and others.
Such engagements are Project based and each engagement is defined by a Project identifier (PID). As such all information found in DCP will refer to such PID.

In DCP you will be able:

  • To access documents made available to you.  You will receive an email notification with a link to these documents.
  • To collaborate on deliverable document and participate in a document review. You will receive an email invitation to discuss the document and provide your feedback.
  • To formaly accept a deliverable document as completed. You will receive an email invitation to accept the document.
  • To accept a Milestone Completion Certificate (MCC). You will receive an email invitation to accept the MCC.

At any time you can also log into the DCP application, browse your documents and perform the above listed actions.

This user guide will describe in detail all the content management functionality as well as the foundation aspects of DCP.
