Environment: CISCO WEBEX (Site Administration, Not Control Hub)
Coming of a recent migration, that involved changing users in the form of:
LastName@abc.com > FirstName.LastName@xyz.com (Bsically their UPN), I realised that the Personal Room URL, remains at <Webex Site>/LastName, and the bulk process and the csv involved does not have a native field definiton for that entry.
Is there an API (should probably be one line for each user), that will change that for correspnding UID's (The numeric value associated with each user could be used for the static value of the user to be edited). I can then build it out and push them one by one as opposed to a manual update for 100's of users.
Expecting the logic to look like:
For User with UID: 123456
Change Personal Room URL to User Entry in script / Dynamically use the UserName Portion of the UPN.
