Hello Cisco DevNet Team,
I am developing an internal enterprise lifecycle dashboard for our Cisco infrastructure.
I successfully registered an application in Cisco API Console.
Application Name:
SNEIP Lifecycle Intelligence
Authentication works correctly.
I can successfully obtain an OAuth2 access token using Client Credentials.
The following APIs are available and active:
- CX Cloud Inventory V2
- Cisco PSIRT openVuln API
However, Cisco Support APIs are not available.
Problem 1:
The EOX API does not appear anywhere in Cisco API Console, so I cannot add it to my application.
Problem 2:
Requests to Cisco Support API endpoints return:
HTTP 403
Developer Inactive
The OAuth2 authentication is successful and I can obtain an access token without any issues.
I have a valid Cisco account and our organization has active SmartNet contracts.
I can access Software Downloads, Licensing and Smart Accounts without any problem.
Could you please verify whether my Cisco ID is entitled to Cisco Support APIs (EOX API) or if any additional activation is required?
Thank you.
Additional information:
• Cisco ID: [email protected]
• SmartNet contracts are active.
• Software Download, Licensing and Smart Account access are working normally.
• The EOX API is not available in the API Console, so it cannot be added to the application.
Could you please verify my account entitlement for Cisco Support APIs or advise how this access can be enabled?
Thank you very much.
