I'm getting a login failed when accessing the SOAP presence webservice
<code>114</code>
<message>Failed to login user</message>
I'm betting is due to security issues, does anyone have direction to what security rights need to be assigned to the user account accessing the webservice.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
Looks like this error code/message is encountered when the Login data is not valid. Can you check the same?
Additionally, Presence traces may help you troubleshoot the issue. Here is a document that shows how to set and collect CUPS traces.
