UCCE - CTIOS Server Events

Hi All,

We are developping on CTIOS Client to collect call events from PCCE solution.

We are able to open the connection and receive Call Events but only when they are related with an Agent not all the call flow.

We tried to use a CTI Port under CallManager to get the information but the only EVENT we are receiving is BEGIN_CALL_EVENT all other events are not received.

On the logs in CTIOS Server i see the all the events attached with the session stablished but no events are received on the client (only the first one BEGIN_CALL_EVENT)

Can anyone faced the same issue?
