500 Error when trying to get files from Broadworks

Hello,

There is error when trying to get config files from Broadworks.
My group name is EXTArtur.M-Grp1.

I'm using Identity Device profile of type "Ascom - Device profile".

There are various configuration files available.

I try to download this file http://broadsoftsandboxxsp.cisco.com:80/dms/Ascom/master.cfg

When I try to download it I get HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error

Still getting the 500 problem. Can somebody help?
