The only way I've been able to add an additional vpn user to my existing sandbox lab is to create a new thread here. Can someone at cisco please add a vpn user to my existing sandbox lab, (Unified Contact Center Express 12.5)?
When this is done, you can delete this thread so that I don't continually clutter the forum. I look forward to an easier way to request this, (or better yet, a way to do it myself).
