Sandbox hosts/routers don't have Internet access anymore, which drives the IOS XR Programmability sandbox unusable - we need to install software from github and pip python modules in DevNet learning labs like IOS-XR Streaming Telemetry or IOS-XR Service-Layer APIs. Please allow access to github and pip repos.
