Any Connect timed out

Hello!

 

I just reserved a DevNet lab. However when I try to connect to the lab through AnyConnect the session gets timed out and gives me a message asking to check my internet connection, which I have checked and working perfectly. 

 

Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20209

 

Some help is much appreciated. 

 

Also would I be able to reserve the lab once more in case I run out of time?

It sounds like a firewall at your location is not allowing the anyconnect VPN connection to establish, this is the common reason for this error message you are seeing.



You can extend you sandbox, by going into your lab reservations, selecting the sandbox you have reserved and extending the time.
