I must me trying to download the wrong VPN client. I have a Windows 10 Home Edition. From Cisco email, I am told to download Cisco Secure Client 5, but from that page, I am not sure which package to download. All the ones I attempt tell me I need a license. This is all in order to allow me to access a Collaboration lab in DevNet sandbox- which I cannot do without a VPN. My sandbox is up and Active. How do I connect to it? Or which version of Secure Client 5 do I need to download?
Thanks

I am currently trying to use OpenConnect for my VPN connection to a Sandbox, but need some assistance. I have the Sandbox Active and have been given the necessary connection info from CIsco Devnet, but not sure how to setup OpenConnect. Below is what I receive from the VPN log, with some details removed.

Anyone have ideas on what I am doing wrong?
Thanks

OK, one step closer-I think. Just using a completely different VPN software I added the Sandbox address that was emailed to me and I was suddenly presented with an option to download Cisco AnyConnect Secure mobility, which I did. I disconnected from this VPN and input the same Devnet address with my username and given password and I am connected!
But now, I cannot seem to connect to any of the devices in the sandbox. I open a new tab and input the address of the device from the sandbox but get nothing. Any thoughts?

@Acky44 what sandbox are you using? Check the sandbox instructions to check how you access the devices etc..

Trying to use Collaboration 14.0. I am using AnyConnect 4.9.04043 and it is connected using the information from an email sent from the lab to me. What next?
I was able to PuTTY to the device but I want to use GUI access but the IP address does not reach. It's like I am missing something simple, but earlier today, I was able to perform same actions with another lab- CML lab, and I was able to access all devices and the lab worked for me.

@Acky44 on the sandbox instructions page check the “access details” should say what IP the devices are on and the ports open.
Hope this helps.

After AnyConnect is connected with the Lab Network address, username, and password, I install the IP address for a device given in the instructions in an open tab in my browser, but it does not connect.
Again, I used this same method to connect to the CIsco Modeling Lab sandbox and it worked fine earlier today. Can you see if you can connect to a device- or can anyone, see if they can connect to the Collaboration 14.0 sandbox.

I was able to obtain AnyConnect and was able to access devices in a CML lab, so I know AnyConnect is working and my steps allowed to access devices in the lab, but I cannot access devices in the Collaboration 14.0.
Has anyone else been able to access this lab? After AnyConnect is connected, accepting my username and password, I open a new tab with the IP address of a device, but it states the IP address cannot be reached. Is this lab working or do I need to access devices differently?

Is it possible that I am not using the most current version of AnyConnect? I am using, AnyConnect 4.9.04043. Was anyone else able to connect to the Collaboration 14.0 sandbox?

Not 100% sure, but the version of AnyConnect should not matter. If when you are connected via the VPN there is an issue with the sandbox you mention, start a new thread with your reservation detail etc.. for the Cisco team to take a look into.
Hope this helps.
