AnyConnect single sign-on cookie issue

I have an issue with Cisco AnyConnect application, if I try connect to any of VPN servers, application throws an error "Authentication failed due to problem retrieving the single sign-on cookie."
It used to work few days ago, anybody know what causes the issue and how to resolve it?

@semarche ENG was working on an issue impacting some reservations, this should be resolved now for some of the sandbox, some of which are still being worked on might not be in the catalogue. Please check the Sandbox Portal for further info
