I am unable to access the APIC-EM Always On sandbox. I have tried to connect to the APIC-EM management console using the URL https://sandboxapicem.cisco.com/, but it times out. I have tried from multiple known good browsers (with no plug ins) and known good networks with the same results. I have successfully accessed this labe previousiouly using the same computer/software/network setup. I also attempted to unsuccessfully submitted a APIC-EM ticket request using Postman with the same results.
Can you please investigate and hopefully resolve this issue?
In the mean time I will reserve the APIC-EM Reservation Only sandbox.

Hi David,
APIC-EM always on sandbox was impacted by our datacenter network outage on Sunday. And it is now recovered. Please try it and let us know if still any issues.
