Are you missing an email from your Sandbox Lab?

Hi All,

We're experiencing infrequent, intermittent issues sending some emails from the Sandbox automation.  The issue is under investigation and we hope to have it resolved soon!  If you think you've missed an email from us - read on.

The most critical information you may need about your lab is VPN credentials.  If your lab is in the "Active" state, and you have not received an email with your VPN credentials, try this quick, easy workaround.

Click the "OUTPUT" button on the top navigation bar in your reservation based lab.  [You'll only see this in an active reservation.]

This will bring up an Output window at the bottom of the screen.  Your lab's VPN information will be displayed there.

Pro Tip: The engineers here at Sandbox ALWAYS use VPN information from the Output window.  It's just faster!
