same issue!! cisco team, can you help with this? try multiple times, with differents sessions.

Go to Activity Details in your sandbox and click: VPN CONNECTION INFORMATION.  This shows updated site & password information related to connecting with AnyConnect.  Using the new site and credentials I was able to log in successfully.

Good luck!

Which sandbox are you using please?

any sandbox has the same issue.

Sorry for late response,

My problem has been solved by switching connection to my phone hot spot. I don't know exactly whether it's because the modem or the service provided by the operator since the phone use different internet service with different telecommunication operator.

Not working one: modem: Huawei E5577, Operator: 3 (Hutchison) - Indonesia

Working one: using phone Redmi note 5, Operator: Telkomsel - Indonesia

I have seen this before where provider block or filter ports. The port range will be anywhere from TCP 20100 through TCP 20354. If that's not working, keep in mind VPNs also use TLS (TCP 443) and DTLS (UDP 443). Though typically these are open in most organizations.
