can't connect using Cisco AnyConnect VPN

Hi,
I am new to this Cisco DevNet Sandbox but want to start a lab with the Nexus 9Kv. I have made the reservation and received the confirmation email about my login details.
I have the Cisco AnyConnect client (4.4.01054) with only the Core&VPN module installed on my W10 laptop which is working fine with other connections. I tried to connect other site and no issue at all so it is not my laptop blocking the connection. However, when I try to connect with the credentials supplied by devnet sandbox, it just say 'Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify internet connectivity'. I do have connectivity as I am currently connected to Cisco DevNet Sandbox and I can see my reservation is active. Also, I have unchecked the 'Block connections to untrusted servers' in the Cisco AnyConnect client.

  • Your Lab's private VPN connection information:
    • Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20210
    • Username: raylo
    • Password: JBAGBBUT
