Cisco Kinetic for Cities: The sandbox is set up with errors, can't get email with credentials

Hi everyone,

After trying to reserve the sandbox for the Cisco Kinetic for Cities, I get the Active(with error) status, also the email with creds isn't sent.

The output tells the following:

Setup has begun
Beginning sandbox setup

Preparing connectivity

Apps deployment started

Apps are being discovered...

User Adding started

Error occurred during "Configuration" stage, see full activity feed for more information.

Errors occurred preparing environment.
Driver Complete.

After a few retries, relogin and changing the location the error disappeared.
